Bousfields was retained by Deltera Inc. and Build Toronto to prepare a Planning and Urban Design Rationale report in connection with the approval of a 66-storey mixed-use development at 10 York Street and 120 & 130 Harbour Street. The project provided an opportunity to redevelop an underutilized site with a high quality, mixed-use development landmark within walking distance of Union Station.
Bousfields was responsible for the preparation of a Planning and Urban Design Rationale report, draft zoning by-law and Community Services and Facilities Inventory. The project was approved by the City.
