OVERVIEW

Engaged by Park Property Management Inc., Bousfields worked with Quadrangle Architects Ltd. on the intensification of an existing rental building property at 100 Spadina Road (a designated heritage building) in the Downtown adjacent to the Spadina Subway. The approved development provided for an additional 6-storey rental housing building, the protection of the existing 22-storey rental building and a stacked townhouse complex which created a sensitive transition to the Annex neighbourhood. Bousfields was retained by Park Property Management Inc. for a similar redevelopment of an existing rental property at 66 Isabella.

Bousfields was responsible for preparing a Planning Rationale and obtaining approval for Zoning By-law Amendment. Construction was completed in 2010.
