OVERVIEW

Bousfields was engaged by Menkes to obtain approval for a 49-storey mixed-use building on a site in proximity to the TIFF Bell Lightbox. The project redeveloped largely lands used for surface parking into a residential building including 598 units, and retail/commercial uses at-grade.

Bousfields was responsible for the Planning Rationale, as well as the project management on obtaining the rezoning application. The project was approved by the City.
