OVERVIEW

The first development of its kind in Ontario, Erin Mills in Mississauga has been an ongoing project for Bousfields since its inception in 1974. The original land holding (some 2,800 hectares) includes residential, commercial, employment, institutional parks and open space uses. When completed, Erin Mills will house over 120,000 persons.

Bousfields was responsible for preparing and implementing the applications to amend the Official Plan and zoning by-law, as well as plans of subdivision.
