The Ontario Realty Corporation, in seeking to optimize the management of the government’s real estate assets, retained Bousfields to prepare an Optimal Use and Massing Alternatives Study for the properties located at the northwest corner of Dundas Street East and Jarvis Street.
Bousfields undertook an analysis of the history of the site and surrounding area; the existing and emerging policy, regulatory and development context; and additional pertinent studies and reports. Based on this analysis, Bousfields identified development opportunities for three separate scenarios; prepared conceptual massing plans for each scenario; and identified potential phasing and timing considerations. Bousfields worked in collaboration with N. Barry Lyon Consultants Limited and Stantec Consulting.
