OVERVIEW

Bousfields was retained by Herefordshire Capital Corporation as consultants for a development at 1100-1500 Caledonia Road, north of Laurence Avenue West. The proposed development required a rezoning to permit the reuse of the existing industrial buildings for a commercial development consisting of approximately 300,000 square feet of retail and commercial uses. The proposal will economically and aesthetically rejuvenate the area and contribute to its increasingly mixed-use nature.

Bousfields was responsible for preparing the Planning Rationale and project management relating to the rezoning application for the site within an Employment District. The project was approved by the City and is currently being marketed, with construction to follow.
