Retained by Wittington Properties Limited, Bousfields provided planning and urban design expertise for the infill and redevelopment of a TTC parking lot at Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue. The redevelopment included 3 buildings of 14-, 15- and 37-storeys and townhouses along Alvin Street, for a total of 470 units. The plan includes a new public park, the retention of rental housing and the replacement of underground parking.

For this project, Bousfields prepared a Planning Rationale, an Urban Design Brief, and an Area Based Study. Bousfields was responsible for coordinating the development applications and Laurie McPherson provided evidence in support of the proposal at the Ontario Municipal Board. The proposal has been approved by both the City and the Ontario Municipal Board.
