Frank has over 13 years of experience in urban planning throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Skilled in urban planning, community consultation, neighbourhood planning, transit-oriented development and land use planning, Frank has worked on a range of residential and non-residential projects and plans. Frank is a skilled project manager, responsible for coordinating large multi-disciplinary teams. He has also reviewed and commented on numerous Planning Justification Reports for development applications. Frank is a Registered Professional Planner and a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.

Frank brings his critical thinking, problem-solving and people skills to the team and is excited to be a part of the Bousfields family.
