LISA WARD MATHER

Lisa has extensive experience working on private sector development proposals throughout Toronto and the GTHA. Before joining Bousfields, Lisa was a multi- disciplinary academic, with research experience that culminated in several publications on diverse topics. As a practicing planner, Lisa has advanced planning approvals for development projects, helped develop public policy and planned and facilitated public consultation events. She works with a range of clients and is responsible for the daily coordination of numerous projects, liaising with development teams, client groups and municipal staff to finalize deliverables and obtain planning approvals.

Lisa holds a Master of Planning in Urban Development from Toronto Metropolitan University. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts (English), Master of Arts (English) and PhD (English). She has been the recipient of awards at all stages of her academic work. Lisa is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
