Sana joined Bousfields as a Planner in November 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University and brings a unique set of experiences to the firm based on her previous employment within the development and consulting industry.
Prior to joining Bousfields, Sana worked with a Land Developer as a Project Coordinator. Her duties entailed representing the Developer in Landowners’ Groups while also managing the Developer’s landholdings throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Moreover, she also consulted with the Developer’s overseas office regarding land use planning for their projects in South Asia. Prior to the that, she worked as an Associate Planner with a planning consulting firm, where she was involved in evaluating development potential for clients’ properties and the processing of various planning applications.
At Bousfields, Sana is involved in multiple projects in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area and assists in the preparation of planning rationale reports and associated studies, conducts site-specific policy research and prepares development application submissions. Sana is currently a Provisional Member of OPPI and CIP, working towards full membership. She is also a member of BILD and has attended various events for educational and self-development purposes.
