Sean joined Bousfields in October 2020 as a Senior Planner, having previously worked with a western Canada consulting firm. Sean’s planning experience spans private and public practice, as well as a stint with an NGO in Ethiopia. Sean graduated from the University of Toronto in 2013 with a Masters of Science in Planning, specialized in land development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta in Human Geography and Political Science.
Sean is actively engaged in a broad range of development projects in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. He manages development applications including Official Plan and zoning bylaw amendments, planning rationales and planning opinions, site plan approvals, and associated reports and studies. He is also active with the Urban Land Institute. Sean is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and is a Registered Professional Planner in the Province of Ontario.
