Graham joined Bousfields as a Planner in Summer of 2024. He has a broad range of land use planning experience including development approvals, feasibility analysis and drafting of policy/by-laws. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and previously earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where he studied criminology, sociology, and writing & rhetoric.
Before joining Bousfields, Graham worked with a private Toronto-based firm engaged in both public and private sector planning work. Prior to that, he had his own consultancy where he specialized primarily in residential development.
At Bousfields, Graham works on a variety of land use planning matters throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He is actively involved in a variety of development applications including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan and Minor Variance applications, and he supports the team in preparation for Ontario Land Tribunal and Toronto Local Appeal Body hearings. Graham is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners, and a Registered Professional Planner.
