Over the course of 2023, Bousfielders were fortunate to travel and experience places near and far.

Swipe to see a sample of some of the amazing photos shared as part of a recent event our DEI Committee hosted, where we discussed what new perspectives our travels brought us this year.

Bonus points if you can guess where some of these photos were taken!

In honour of #NationalDayforTruthandReconciliation and #OrangeShirtDay, our Toronto and Hamilton offices continued our learning by hosting an Indigenous Book Club, where we read and discussed ‘Indigenous Toronto: Stories that Carry this Place’. In particular, we discussed “A Story About the Toronto Purchase” by Margaret Sault as well as “The Great Indian Bus Tour of Toronto” by Rebeka Tabobondung and Erica Commanda. Let us know in the comments below if you’ve read this book, and/or if have any recommendations on what we should read next!
