Lindsay has over thirty years of experience in a broad range of planning research and special purpose studies including the preparation of Official Plans and Zoning By-laws for public agencies, and the preparation of comprehensive development applications for private clients. She also has extensive experience as an expert witness before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
