Special thanks in particular to our guide Charlie, who took us on an exploration of the deep Canadian Indigenous cultural roots of Tkaronto (Toronto), Ishpadinaa (Spadina Road), and the 60+ years history of the NCCT. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Ramani is part of the glue that binds Bousfields, working on the Operations team since 2019, she has more than 15 years’ experience in finance and accounts management. Ramani oversees the accounting process at Bousfields, along with other members of the Finance team, Ramani manages our internal controls, supporting the annual auditing process and ensuring our staff get paid accurately and on time. When Ramani is not working with numbers, she loves to cook traditional Sri Lankan dishes, especially Mutton & Crab!

Jeramine joined Bousfields’ operations team on March 1, 2021 as a Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist. Grace holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jessica Nigh joined Bousfields as the Human Resource Manager in 2021. With more than 15 years’ experience working as a human resources professional for small-to mid-size companies, she has a strong background in all areas of Human Resources. Jessica is passionate about people and the place they spend most of their day (work!), aiming to support the needs of the organization and foster the growth of employees at Bousfields on a daily basis. Jessica has led a number of workplace initiatives as it relates to policy development, payroll, recruitment, performance and professional development, employee engagement and training.   Jessica is a graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies and a post-grad certificate in Human Resources. She is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and National Payroll Institute and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP).
