Sara is an Associate at Bousfields who joined the firm in July 2023 and brings a broad range of experience in land use planning.

Sara has worked on a wide range of land use planning and development projects throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area including Official Plan and Zoning By- law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision and Condominium, Site Plans, development of Official Plan and Secondary Plan policy, and appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal. Through these experiences, Sara has developed strong project management skills and a deep understanding of planning policy and processes, and the appeal process.

Having worked in both the public and private sectors in the GTA, Sara has experience processing development applications through the approvals process as a planning consultant, land use planner at a municipal law firm, and most recently as a municipal planner.

Sara is currently a candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) and the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP), working towards full membership.
