Mojgan Rasouli joined Bousfields in January 2019 as a planner. Prior to joining the firm, she worked on numerous development projects at private planning and engineering firms, where she gained extensive experience in a variety of planning and development applications, including residential infill developments, low-rise townhouse developments and plans of subdivision particularly within the Region of Durham.
Since joining Bousfields, Mojgan is involved in a wide range of projects throughout Toronto and GTA. She assists in the preparation of due diligence reports, site-specific policy research, planning rationale reports and associated studies, draft zoning by-laws and coordination of development applications, including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-Law Amendments, minor variance/consents and draft plans of subdivision.
Mojgan holds a Master of Planning from University of Waterloo (2013). She previously earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Shahid Beheshti University (Tehran, 2010) and a Bachelor of City Planning specialized in Urban Design from Sheikhbahaei University (Isfahan, 2006). Mojgan is currently a Candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI), working towards full membership.
