Chris joined Bousfields in May 2024 as a Planner after graduating with Distinction with a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is involved in a wide range of projects in Toronto and the GTA. He assists in the preparation of proposals, research into the policy and regulatory framework as it applies to potential development sites, reports including planning rationales and associated reports and studies, highest and best use reports related to Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, minor variances and expropriations, and development application coordination and submission.
