Emma draws on over eighteen years of experience in land use and environmental planning, with both the private and public sector. She has managed community and city-building projects at all scales from Official Plans to Secondary Plans, Plans of Subdivision, Site Plans, rezonings and minor variances. Emma has successfully led the planning approvals for a number of projects and has acted as an expert witness at the Ontario Land Tribunal.

A LEED AP, with a B.Sc., M.Sc. and a Certificate in Urban Design, Emma applies her technical background to the planning process and has prepared a number of sustainable community guidelines and plans. Emma is a Registered Professional Planner and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
